Welcome! Thank you for being here! Whether you’re just curious about yoga, or you’re an advanced practitioner, I hope we have the opportunity to practice together.

Yoga gives you space to develop a deeper connection with yourself by connecting mind and body through breath in an accepting (and fun!) way. Perhaps best of all, the many benefits of the practice stay with you long after class is over!
